Uncle Choon's Dinner??

Hot mee suits well for dinner especially during the rainy season! Wanted to try something new?? Something fabulous beside Bak Kut Teh in Klang?? and here, let me present to you the BEST CHI HUN KENG(As a food lover's opinion! Try this out1) !! I doubt whether you heard of this mee but trust me, you will definitely enjoy them.
The transparent, jelly mee with the slimy sauce made the mee outstanding. With the hot spices that cooked together with taugeh, it turned the CHI HUN KENG to be delicioux! Brief intro - For Hokkien, we called this as Chi Hun Keng..Some chefs presented them with sauce and some cooked without the sauce.
Fried Rice which always filled a person's tummy. Fragnant smell with proper ingredients could turn the normal white rice to something special! Simple is always the best.
My younger bro's favorite! Ying Yong!! With the mixture of fried dried mi hun and fried kuew teow, the ying yong is formed! With the tapioca starch, fresh meats and some vegetables that outstand the dish, it is definitely a must try dish when you are here!

Lastly, let me present to you, the signature dish for all Hokkiens! THE HOKKIEN MEE!! The yellow mee which coated with dark sauce and slimy would always be the Hokkiens favourite! Dad loves this dish muchie!

For all the dishes that were presented, I still love my CHI HUN KENG!1 My all time favourites! Though the dish wasn't that bad, but, the portion of it was pretty small.. For those who have a big appetite, I believe that you need to consume more of it! That is why they offered in three sizes whether you want it SMall, Medium or BIG!! Try this out in Klang - Teluk Pulai!
