Mian Tui Mian !

When we invaded Subang Jaya, we always wondered what would be the best food that is available in that area. Browsing through some webs whereby people are actually introducing the Pan Mee, the three of us decided to give a try! Since it was during the weekdays, we had a tough time to hunt for a nice parking spot, and that led us to park at the Subang market there.

Upon our arrival, I got myself the best seller Pan Mee that is the dried spicy Pan Mee. Customers are allowed to choose their own type of mee which came in 4 options - Thick, Thin, Crust and *I have forgotten the other name*. I thought of getting a combination mee but the waiter did not allow us to do so. *argg!* Hence, I got myself with the thick mee!
The thick mee that goes along with crispy anchovies, half boiled eggs and the minch meat. The appearance and the presentation of the mee really tempted a person and this, I couldn't deny it.
The mee looks delicious after I have added the chilli paste. Being a chilli lover, I was so enthusiastic with it and Put a few scoops to my bowl. By then, I was ready to taste the so called best mee in Subang area.
However, I was a bit disappointed after I have tasted them. I thought it would be something different compared to the Pan Mee from the other places. Perhaps, high expectations lead to high disappointment. Somehow, it defeated my temptation and the dried chilli wasn't that fragrant at all. It was pretty tasteless and I missed the "xia chiang mian", back in Nilai :( However, this Pan Mee suits well for those people who love *originality* and pretty smooth in taste. I guess, thats the reason that why most family and elderly chose this place for them to dine in. *which was what I seen during my visit there*
*Noted : Dark sauce is not added!
Complimentary soup with the Pan Mee! Hmm..wasn't really impressed with that too.
The dried chilli that goes along with the Pan Mee. To me, it wasn't spicy at all! Perhaps, I am just a chilli freak till I can't taste them like what others have them??
Look at Linda. She got herself another different bowl of Pan Mee! She loved the fishballs, actually. ^^
Another version of soup Pan Mee with the thin mee. Asked for the feedbacks from the gals, they didn't find something different too in this mee!
This is the Shop that we entered! *Mian tui Mian*. It is situated next to the Inti College Subang Jaya and highways are actually opposite this shop. Price was pretty reasonable and it costed me about RM 5.++.

With that, I shall end my post here. Going to get myself a bowl of "Xia Chiang Mian" soon!! ^-^
